I brought my plastic cup from a previous order and the women who took my order threw it out after copying my order. I was disappointed and told her that's why I didn't order online. She apologized but stated that for safety reasons or company policy reasons they can't reuse plastic cups. I was pretty disappointed and then the manager said "I have a present for you" and gave me a reusable cup. It literally made my day but prior to him doing that I thought I'll just make my coffee at home now. It wasn't just a very nice gesture but I will definitely be giving them more business now that I know each time I won't feel guilty for wasting plastic.

This is your run of the mill Starbucks.
It's downtown so absolutely no parking at all.
I just happened to have an appointment in an adjacent building.
My coffee was fine, exactly the same as all the other Starbucks.
The location was clean and had a ton of business, God bless downtown.
I give this Starbucks a Solid 3 Stars. -

Jim came in with some "Starbucks" last week and proceeded to make the biggest sale of the year. Now, a pea-brained salesman like Jim doesn't make sales like this. What was this "Starbucks" miracle elixir? And how could I acquire it?
Jim was happy to help, which aroused my suspicions. Why would Jim be so eager to aid me on my quest? But he was very convincing when he said it would be worth the 1.5 hour trip into the city.
The drive was horrendous. Traffic and parking around the building are not for the faint-hearted. But my experience at "Starbucks" made everything worth it. The coffee was good, but the service sets it apart. Pauli, Kiki, and Will, especially, make the atmosphere one of outstanding mirth. Their quick, efficient service had me heading back to the office in no time.
I guess Jim can be of use once in a while. I can only hope they open another location soon.
Sincerely,

I don't know why I keep giving this sbux another chance. Horrible service. Barista came over to take my order (ice coffee), walks away after I insert my credit card, doesn't ask my name so no name on the cup, doesn't offer me a receipt which I needed and then I didn't know which drink was mine as there was a long line of people all waiting for ice coffee. When she was asked whose was whose, she shrugged and walked away. I regret giving you my money.
Too bad you are so conveniently located on the corner of High and Congress. I'm still not coming back. -

It's a Starbucks. What makes this one different than all the other ones are the staff. They are friendly, and will probably remember you if you are a frequent customer. Keep in mind that it is in the Financial District, so a lot of businessmen will come here to get their fix. If you come at odd hours like 2pm or 10am, the lines are really short. I used to come pretty frequently to obtain the gold card status, and it is really awesome. Free refills for cold brew with a gold card is great, but can also drive you insane. I chugged 3 in a row to help me do a project... anyways, overall great place.
